Groathouse Construction purchased an existing metal building with the goal of transforming it into a functional office and shop space. The project included reworking the exterior with a new building skin, added windows, and architectural elements to create a more refined and welcoming presence.

Inside, the design was inspired by Groathouse Construction’s branding, incorporating modern touches, thoughtful details, and natural light throughout the workspace.
